Abstract

Ateroskleroz yurak-qon tomir tizimining keng tarqalgan va xavfli surunkali kasalligi bo‘lib, o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlari ichida yetakchi o‘rinni egallaydi. Kasallikning asosiy patogenez omillaridan biri bo‘lmish oksidlovchi stressga qarshi kurashish zamonaviy davolash strategiyalarining markazida turibdi. Yangi avlod antioksidant preparatlari, xususan mitoxondrial yo‘naltirilgan moddalarning eksperimental qo‘llanilishi, lipid peroksidlanishini kamaytirish, endotelial disfunktsiyani bartaraf etish va yallig‘lanish markerlarini pasaytirish orqali ateroskleroz rivojlanishini sekinlashtirishi yoki oldini olishi mumkin. Ushbu maqolada antioksidant terapiyaning eksperimental asoslari, tajriba hayvonlarida olib borilgan tadqiqotlar natijalari va klinik qo‘llash istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi.
