Abstract

Kavernoz o‘pka sili — silning surunkali va destruktiv shakli bo‘lib, o‘pka to‘qimasida kavernalar, yiringli jarayonlar va doimiy mikobakteriyalar manbaini saqlab qoluvchi holat bilan tavsiflanadi. Dori-darmonlarga chidamli yoki tez-tez qon ketish bilan kechuvchi holatlarda jarrohlik yondashuv — lobektomiya yoki segmentektomiya — asosiy davolash usuliga aylanadi. Ushbu maqolada kavernoz silda qo‘llaniladigan jarrohlik amaliyotlarining turlari, ko‘rsatkichlari va klinik natijalari yoritiladi.
