Abstract

This study explores the impact of game-based learning technologies on enhancing critical thinking skills among primary school students. In an era where digital tools are increasingly integrated into educational settings, understanding how interactive and gamified experiences contribute to cognitive development is essential. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, involving both qualitative classroom observations and quantitative assessments of students' critical thinking abilities before and after exposure to game-based learning environments. Findings indicate that the incorporation of educational games significantly improves students' ability to analyze, evaluate, and infer information. The paper concludes by discussing implications for curriculum design, teacher training, and the broader potential of gamification in foundational education.
