Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of intercultural communication skills among technical specialists. It analyzes the importance of effective communication in multicultural environments, especially in the context of globalization and international cooperation. The article examines the main challenges faced by technical professionals when interacting with representatives of different cultures and highlights strategies for improving communication competence. Based on theoretical and practical approaches, the study emphasizes the role of language, cultural awareness, and adaptability in professional success. The findings suggest that developing intercultural communication skills significantly enhances collaboration, productivity, and innovation in technical fields.
