Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sport biokimyosida energiya almashinuvi jarayonlarining nazariy va amaliy asoslari yoritilgan. Mushak faoliyatini energiya bilan ta'minlovchi adenozintrifosfat (ATF) tizimi, kreatinfosfat mexanizmi, anaerob glikoliz va aerob oksidlanish jarayonlarining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, jismoniy yuklamalar davomida organizmda sodir bo‘ladigan biokimyoviy o‘zgarishlar, sportchilarning ish qobiliyatini oshirish va tiklanish jarayonlarini tezlashtirishda energiya almashinuvining ahamiyati ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan
